:Slow Cooked Short Ribs 



  • 3 lbs. Beef Short Ribs
  • Mo's Original BBQ Sauce
  • 1 Onion, chopped lengthwise
  • 1 Garlic Clove, minced
  • Dark Beer
  • Salt and Pepper








In large skillet, sear short ribs

on all sides until  brown (about

1 minute per side). Fill the

bottom of your slow cooker

with onion and garlic. Next,

place seared ribs on top of 

mixture in slow cooker and

pour Mo's Original BBQ Sauce

over ribs.  Cover and cook

on low for 4 hours.  Add half of a

bottle of dark beer and a pinch of

salt and pepper. Cover and cook

on low for another 6 hours.
